"Soshne Forest Massacre"

On October 25, 2018 two hundred people from Izyaslav, Khmelnytskyi, Slavuta, Shepetivka, Rovno, Vinnitsa, Belaya Tserkov , Kyiv and New York gathered in Soshne forest near Izyaslav to commemorate the over 2,000 Jewish victims killed there during the Holocaust in 1942.
Why is it important to remember these Jews that were killed 76 years ago? What should we all to do to prevent future genocides? Thoughts about these questions interwoven with local Holocaust history to create the narrative of this film. |
