Invitation

Dear Friend,

We are honored to invite you to the opening of a memorial to over thousand Holocaust victims killed in Izyaslav and the surrounding areas on August 30, 1941. There are more than 2000 massacre sites in Ukraine, 40% of which are unmarked.
This memorial is the second in a series of monuments funded by the Tsal Kaplun Foundation as we work to honor the deceased and ensure that the horrors of the Holocaust are not forgotten.
The monument opening will take place on September 11, 2019 in Izyaslav, Ukraine.
The monument was designed by the prominent Latvian sculptor Gleb Panteleev and manufactured in the Zhitomir region.
